Because each item is made specifically for the customer with your chosen names, numbers, and design, customized orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged.
Wrong details
Details submitted incorrectly by the customer (wrong spelling, number, or size) may not be eligible for free replacement. Please review your layout carefully before approving.
Production errors
If there is a production error on our side, report it with clear photos as soon as you receive your order and we will make it right.
