Sublimation Printing

Approved layouts are transferred onto fabric using dye-sublimation, which fuses ink directly into the material for colors that stay vivid wash after wash.

Cutting

Printed panels are precision-cut to the ordered sizes, ensuring each piece matches the correct dimensions before sewing begins.

Sewing

Cut panels are sewn together by our in-house team, with seams, collars, and hems finished to withstand the demands of regular game-day use.

Quality Check

Every jersey is individually inspected for print accuracy, correct sizing, stitching quality, and proper name and number placement before it is cleared for packing.

Packing

Cleared jerseys are folded, labeled, and packed per order — each set sorted and verified against your original order before being handed to the courier.
